Progress varies from one individual to the next, influenced by factors such as the type of treatment, session frequency, the nature of personal issues and concerns, and the desire for change. You may experience a shift in outlook and enhanced self-understanding within a couple of sessions, and this may impact your therapy goals. While longer-term therapy may be suitable, it is recommended to begin with a minimum of 6 sessions. Treatment length can be reassessed as circumstances evolve throughout the therapy journey.
-
