Step 1 - Complimentary Consultation

Before launching your therapeutic journey, feel it out. Take a moment to connect with Miriam. Schedule a brief consultation by phone or virtually, where you can ask questions, get a sense of each other, and assess if this partnership feels like a good fit. If you are using benefits or exploring sliding scale accommodations, this is an ideal time to discuss these options.

Step 2 - Book Appointments

You may decide, following your consultation, to schedule appointments with Miriam. During your consultation, she can assist with this process, or you may opt to book online through the Jane App. Life happens, and should you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly provide 24- hour notice to avoid incurring a fee equal to the cost of your session.
